• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
• All tags and labels must be intact
• Valid proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described:

• Golf balls (if removed from original packaging)
• Golf gloves
• Hats
• Gift vouchers
• Personalised or bespoke items

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Await our email with Returns Authorisation number and instructions
4. Securely repackage the item in original packaging with all accessories
5. Ship to the address provided (we recommend using tracked shipping)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund is issued to your original payment method
• You receive a full refund for the item cost
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless item is faulty or we made an error

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or model, follow the return process. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
