Shipping Information

At Every Golf Day Store, we understand that getting your premium golf equipment promptly and in perfect condition is part of the game. Here’s how we deliver:

Order Processing

We pride ourselves on swift processing. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Methods & Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on most items within 15 days of you receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• All tags and labels must be intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as described:

• Golf-balls (if removed from original packaging)
• Golf-gloves
• Hats
• Gift-vouchers
• Any personalised or bespoke items

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Await Instructions: We will email you a Returns Authorisation number and detailed instructions on where to send the package.
3. Pack Securely: Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
5. Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm. Your refund will then be processed (see below).

Refunds

After we approve your return:

• Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
• Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Amount: You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Note: It may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the requested replacement to you as soon as possible. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologise for the error and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no extra cost, including covering the return shipping for the faulty/incorrect product.
