Ping i525 Golf Irons (Custom Fit)
A powerful new design engineered with a forged, maraging-steel face significantly increases speed and distance. All packaged in a compact, players-style model. Perimeter weighting elevates forgiveness and deliver long, towering shots that hit and hold the green.
An interior polymer injection on the inside of the face improves the sound and feel without adversely affecting face deflection.
Hydropearl 2.0 technology maximises wet weather performance. Paired with Micromax grooves reduces fliers in the short irons and retains spin in the long irons. Ping have increased the effect of this by adding four extra grooves in the short irons, this also visibly gives you confidence that the ball will hold the green.
i525 is an excellent iron for high-launching, powerful ball flights. For golfers who are looking for a more compact head but still wanting a good deal of power and forgiveness, i525 fits the bill perfectly. While many of the irons in its weight class can get quite flat and low spinning, the Ping i525 irons always looks like you can hold it on a green.
